It Is What It Is....or IS it,t is what is it

Is it is what it is or is it is what it is?Or quietly do we just generate these words to make ourselves and heart feel better?Spark a memory that you enjoy so we can smile and make the heart happy! The HEART is an important part of the body for may reasons..Diet yes,our heart strives our nutrition but thats not what Ia m talking about. A HEALTHY happy heartbeat is one that pumps with joyful fast pulses..One that is sad,or stressed beats slow because the unhappiness makes it beat in an awkward manner and the heartbeat is losing the count because it takes alot for the heart to beat when w3e are stressed or sad,takes double the amount of blood... It's time for us to begin again in a way of happiness and not allowing ourselves to create stress in the first place. When you feel you need to,take the time to take a mental break by doing what we love to do and not think about what it is that is stressing us...Even if it is just for a few minutes or a second!As long as you can take the time for yourself to spark a special moment!~* WE NEED to do this,life is too short and too precious for us to live in stress or unhappiness! How about the beach its great to listen to the ocean water and waves,they sing for us and can speak to us and from that we can make it a better moment.Or even by listening to a song that makes you happy!OK,even watching a movie or tv show that will make you laugh & smile!That is the most important thing in life is to enjoy the moments we have in our lives because they bring a special moment when we need to remember a good moment! Remember this,our hearts will be healthy again & we need to enjoy the moments we have that are in our lives so that WHEN WE have unhappiness or stressfullness we have the good times with the calmness we feel. We can spark a memory for us CHOOSE to remember in the moments we are down and out. So it is what it is......or is it,it was it is!!!! Yes,it is what is,ONLY if we can say with a smile and if we can remember what it is that makes us smile and feel whole again! *Smilezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz & NAMASTE!
