Moment for ourselves...FEEEL it!

Every moment of truth rests on our shoulders....How or why do we let things like this get us down?Stressed for every moment we have to do things that have to do with work orders.Or if you have kids then you are dealing with time demands for their activities.When do we make time for us?
The ME time is as important as the KIDS me time or the Boss's ME time..
 The way to end this stress?Take a minute or so and walk away,walk out in the fresh air and breathe in the wonderful smells all around you!Just for that one minute,it will allow you to become one again with yourself.With the mind and the body and the soul.When you allow the mind to wander outside of time demands then you can begin to rid yourself of the negativity that comes with all the demands we put our bodies through.We can find closure of the bad energies we suffer when we are angry over whatever it is that is bothering us!It's all about the mindfulness we need to stay focused on all the great things we DO have in our life.
How can we expect ourselves to maintain a healthy mind,when we are always on the go yelling and screaming because of traffic,or business matters..Bills,whatever?
  Find a quiet place somewhere outside,or inside.Maybe a corner of the room or near the ocean,park with trees or whatever you have around you where it's quiet.
Let your mind wander and think of a moment in time when all you had to do in your life is....HAVE fun..LAUGH,Get together with your neighborhood friends or school friends!
By bringing back those memories,this will ease the pain of your day to day stresses.
    Have a STRESSFREE weekend and GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE on into it.
Light some candles,open windows and breathe in the fresh air.Go to the beach or park.But WHATEVER you do,DON'T worry about petty things that bring us down.It's NOT what our bodies can handle,and SIMPLY..it's JUST not worth it~!*
